What is the difference between strategic and tactical execution?

Strategic execution has to do with first understanding your client and what is important to him or her, why they think and feel the way they do, and what they believe. (How they feel about investing and financial advisors; how they feel about leaving a legacy, those sorts of things.) Simply, it’s what you say, how you say it, and who you say it to. It’s the meaningful delivery of your unique marketing message.

Tactical execution is the implementation of your marketing plan, i.e., generating leads, placing ads or sending press releases, creating marketing tools, and instituting a follow-up system. In other words, it's the medium through which your unique value proposition or value message is delivered.

We can help you gain a better understanding of what's important to your target market so you can develop your strategy. Then, after it is in place, your tactical execution consists of implementing your plan, monitoring the results, evaluating your success, and re-visiting your strategy, if necessary.
